59 killed in accident involving large crowd at Halloween festivities in Seoul

According to YTN TV, around 11:00 pm (same as Japan time), a large number of people rushed to an izakaya where a celebrity had visited, causing an accident. Many of the injured are believed to be women in their 20s. It is said that about 100,000 people visited Itaewon before Halloween on the 31st. President Yoon Seok-yue made every effort to provide prompt emergency care and treatment, and instructed neighboring hospitals to secure emergency beds.
