Kawana Jenkins video was leaked on social media when she was fired by the officials and she was arrested after cell phone video footage captured her sucking and licking on the fingers of an inmate.
Jenkins was seen doing a variety of activities, including sitting on an inmate’s lap and kissing him. It also went beyond simple affectionate greetings as Jenkins fulfilled a specific request made by the prisoner.
