A video that circulated on Twitter shows Carlisha and Jeremy in a heated row while they waited to get food at the restaurant stand. The reported argument escalated when Jeremy allegedly started punching Carlisha in the head.
It is alleged that Hood instructed her son to shoot the man after he fled the restaurant after the first shot was fired which missed him.
